Yvonne Marie Perez

FORDSVILLE – Yvonne Marie Perez, 62, of Chicago, Illinois, passed away on Friday, September 25, 2026. Born on November 22, 1963, Yvonne was the daughter of Oscar Garcia Perez and Dorothy Mae Hudgins. Yvonne was someone whose memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. The memories she created and the moments shared with those closest to her will be cherished forever.

She leaves behind her four children, Tavia (John) Moseley, Maegan (Tristan) Hess, Timothy Groves Jr., and Robert T. Terrell Gott III; and her cherished grandchildren, Faith-Ann Moseley and Layla Sue Groves. Yvonne is also survived by her siblings, Thomas Oscar Perez and John Tarrance. She was preceded in death by her sister, Dorothy Jean Gray.

Though her family must now say goodbye, the memories they shared, the laughter they enjoyed, and the love that connected them will never fade. Yvonne will be deeply missed and forever remembered by those whose lives she touched. There will be no cemetery service. Forever loved, never forgotten, and always in our hearts.
