OWENSBORO – William Lee Parsons, 67, of Owensboro died December 16, 2024 at 5:58AM at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. Mr. Parsons was born October 19, 1957 in Danville, Illinois. He worked as a welder. Mr. Parsons loved life and lived it graciously. We love you, dad, you’ll be truly missed. He was preceded in death by his son, Samuel Mellinger; father, James Parsons; mother, Margie Parsons, and brothers, Jimmy Parsons, and Robert Parsons.
He is survived by his two daughters, Dusti (Matt) Stambaugh, and Amber (Brian) Garver; son, Ryan Parsons; two sisters, Mary (Ronnie) Drake and Brenda (Don) Jacob; brother, Kenneth (Cindy) Parsons; and companion, Mary Smith.
