CENTRAL CITY – William Forest Devine, 79, of Central City, died Sunday, May 20, 2018, at 8:35PM at his home. Mr. Devine was born September 19, 1938, in McLean County. He was a building contractor and member of Greenville Assembly of God Church. He was preceded in death by his son, Dale Devine. He is survived by his wife, Diane Krause Devine; sons Michael Devine and Kevin Devine; daughter Lori Devine; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Tuesday, May 22, 2018, at 3:00PM at Greenville Assembly of God Church, with Bro. Ed Tackett officiating, assisted by Bro. Steve Matthews. Burial in Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday after 1:00PM at the church. Tucker Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.

The world has lost one of its best men, my Nannie's brother, Bill. He was, without a doubt, one of the best humans to bless this Earth with his kindness, Christian heart, gentle nature, and genuine love for others. I always knew he loved me.
