BREMEN – William David Rone, Jr., 64, of Bremen, died Friday, April 11, 2025, at 7:10AM under the care of Hospice of Western Kentucky.  Mr. Rone was born July 19, 1960, in Dover, Delaware.  He loved spending time with his grandchildren.  He was on the Brewco Race Team, driving race cars to NASCAR events and working on pit row.  He had lots of great friends all over the country that he met throughout his Brewco NASCAR career.  He loved his dogs, too many to mention here.  He also had a pet pig named Farley that was a house pet for several years, until Farley got too big to live in the house.  He built Farley her own house, and the whole family referred to her as Farley the Family Pig.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Glenda Rone; father, William Rone; and grandparents, Iva Johnson, and Thurston and Hallie Rone.

He is survived by his wife, Brandi Hamm Rone; daughters, Brandi (Raymond) Kolhagen, Bradlyn Vick, and Bobbie Jo Vick; son, Adam Rone; grandchildren, Peyton Warren, Ethan (Hannah) Warren, Preston Rone, Lennox Vick, and Hendrix Vick; sister, Jenny (Greg) Rone; brother, Mark Rone; and nephew, Cody Dabney.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at 1:00PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with David Anderson officiating.  Burial in Mt. Pisgah Cemetery.  Visitation will be Tuesday from 5-8PM at the funeral home.  Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
