I remember when pa called me "rosebud", I was is lil buddy! He would look at me and say "come here rosebud". So I'd smile and run over there and give him a hug. He had change in is pocket all the time, and whenever I would hug him he would slip money in my hand and say sssh. Haha. This man i will never forget. I am 13 now but he has had so many memories with me. And yes i have fought with him but that will never change the love i had for my grandpa . & Mamaw if you ever read this, I love you girl ! My favorite memory with papaw would be sitting under the big tree with whirly birds talking about the army and how he was an E5 in the army. Everyday he taught me a lesson or two either building a garage or fixing a car the right way.

When I met Bill, he was always joking around. The first day I met him he lined ALL his sons up and said "Just pick One!" I thought this man is a nut, but eventually I did marry Jr and Bill became more than a friend to me, he was my 2nd dad. And I was Always treasure those crazy times we had together.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

Myself and my family send our thoughts, prayers, and sympathies to you and your family during this difficult time!!! To the kids: I know it is a very hard thing when you loose your dad and there isn't anything anybody can say to make it any easier but as hard as it is you have to remember that dad is in a better place where he can breathe and where he isn't in any pain anymore. Amy I love you girl and if I can help you or if you need anybody to just sit and talk to you know I am always here for you!!! Junior and Jeff please be as strong as you can cause your mom is really going to need you all now more than ever! And to mom: Barbara I am so sorry for your loss! He will be greatly missed!! If there is anything I can do please let me know!! I love you all!!! May god be with you all during this difficult time!
