Carl Wayne Neal Published: Monday, May 25, 2009 12:17 AM CDT CENTRAL CITY — Carl Wayne Neal, 74, of Central City died at 8:44 a.m. Sunday, May 24, 2009, at his home. He was born April 13, 1935, in Muhlenberg County. He was a coal miner, a member of South Carrollton General Baptist Church and an Army veteran. He was preceded in death by a son, Allen Lee Neal. Survivors include his wife, Tracie Lynn Neal of Central City; a son, David Wayne Neal of Tennessee; five daughters, Carla Ann King of Owensboro, Ronda (Dan) Hunter of Shelbyville, Tori Neal, Jasie Dragoo and Ashlynn Willoughby, all of Central City; two brothers, Wilburn Lee Rose of Beechmont and Ronald M. Neal of Owensboro; 11 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. Services are at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with the Rev. Mike Neal officiating. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery in South Carrollton. Visitation is after 5 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
