Mickey, even though we lived far apart, we talked almost everyday! I'm going to miss those special times where we would solve all the worlds problems in about an hour, then the next day start all over again!! Over the years we have had a lot of good meals together at the different mining functions (as we both loved food)!! I'll always cherish the memories of our Hawaii trip! I'm going to miss you brother! Uncle Mickey, Dad and I went fishing last summer on a very hot Kentucky day. We all knew it was too hot to fish. But, you know, sometimes you just do something because it's the right thing to do... Thank you, God, for a good memory with my Uncle Mickey.

We used to fish together for big bluegill in the country club lake and occasionally hunt a squirrel or two. Always enjoyed our times together at the store in Beechmont where he introduced me to all the local girls. I'll always remember him for his kindness and quite ways. It was truly an honor to serve briefly with him at Clark Air Force Base in the Philipines. He will be greatly missed but I know his light shines brightly above. Cousin Johnny
