GREENVILLE – Wanda V. Browning, 79, of Greenville, died Sunday, March 11, 2012 at 11:25AM at Muhlenberg Community Hospital. Mrs. Browning was born November 21, 1932 in Muhlenberg County. She was a homemaker and member of Cave Springs Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, William Howard Browning; son James Leonard Browning; parents J.R. and Dovie Vincent; brothers Huston Vincent, Lyndell Vincent, and Johnny Vincent. Survivors include her son, Forrest (Martha) Browning of Greenville; daughter Sissy (Sonny) Rose of Central City; grandchildren Charles (Jenny) Browning of Graham and Tracey Browning of Greenville; step-grandchildren Joey Rose of Cabot, Arkansas and Jason Rose of Central City; great-grandchildren Christopher Browning and Jacob Browning; step-great-grandchild Jaden Rose; and sisters Lonell Key of Greenville, Fredia Fowler of Graham, and June Green of Greenville. Funeral services will be Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at 10:00AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Rev. Wayne Rice officiating, assisted by Rev. Charles Browning.
