HARRODSBURG, KY – Vicki June Mackey Thomas, 70, of Harrodsburg, KY, formerly of Central City, died Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at her residence.  Ms. Thomas was born August 28, 1955, in Greenville.  She was a retired respiratory therapist at Muhlenberg Community Hospital, and attended New Harmony Baptist Church and Green River Chapel Church.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Jewel and Jean Mackey; sister, Judy Rice; brother, Tim Mackey; son, Gage Presley; and niece, Natalie Ashby.

In her younger years, Vicki enjoyed fishing, camping, and several times competed in the local mud bog competition driving a lifted Chevy Silverado 4X4 named “Som’n Special”.  The one thing she enjoyed the most was raising babies, so much so that she was known by all who knew her as “MaVicki”.  She was a mother to all.

She is survived by her brother, Mike; children, Jason (Shanda), Matt (Ashley), and Stormy (Matt); grandchildren, Dillan (Emily), Gavin, Bear, Daegan, Emilee, Kenlee, Brantlee, Braxton, Leaven, Sydney, Cohen, Maddy, and Dallas; and great-grandchildren, Liam and Khylen.

Funeral services will be Saturday, July 18, 2026, at 12:00 noon at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Bro. Jewel Martin officiating.  Burial in New Harmony Cemetery.  Visitation will be Saturday after 10:00AM at the funeral home.  Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
