GREENVILLE – Vernon Lee Eddings, 87, of Greenville, died Thursday, January 23, 2020, at 6:50AM at Maple Manor Health and Rehab. Mr. Eddings was born June 13, 1932, in Muhlenberg County. He was a butcher and a U.S. Navy veteran. He is survived by his sons, Jerry and Kenny; daughter Sherry; several grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and sister-in-law Imogene Eddings. Graveside funeral services will be Saturday, January 25, 2020, at 11:00AM at Forest Grove Cemetery, with Rev. Leroy Rearden officiating. Tucker Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
