I just heard the news today. Troy and Pearl were my uncle and aunt. Although time and miles separated us they were in the thoughts of my mom,Pearl's sister, and my dad throughout the long journey of life. They are all gone now and will live in my memory as long as I am alive. I remember a special day about twenty years ago when all four were seated on the front porch in Laurel County. I wanted to take a picture. Troy resisted a little, but got in the photo anyway. I stll treasure that picture..

Mr. Fields will surely be missed. We loved seeing him in the library. He made the best coconut pies! My condolences to the family. I know he is rejoicing in heaven now.

I am so sorry to hear about the passing of uncle Troy, used to love it when him and aunt Pearl would come for a visit to see my mom and dad. He used to love Lifesaver Butter Rum or Butterscotch, he always had them on him. Always was so good and kind to me. I will be praying for my cousins and their families for the days to come.

He always had a smile on his face when he came into the Library... Always loved to see and talk to him. We have really missed him. Was a great person he will be missed.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.
