Tommy Wayne Hayes CENTRAL CITY — Tommy Wayne Hayes, 68, of Central City died Saturday, Nov. 7, 2009, at his home. He was a retired truck driver for Turley Transfer Co. and a member of Day Star Worship Center in Bremen. Survivors include his wife, Edna Stanley Hayes; a son, James Sheets; six daughters, Lisa Avery, Brenda Hayes, Angela Avery, Nancy Hobbs, Leslie Piper and Kim Owen; his mother, Flora Hayes; two brothers, Danny Hayes and Robert Hayes; and three sisters, Glenda Shaw, Ellen Stanley and Mary Knight. Services: 11 a.m. Tuesday at Day Star Worship Center in Bremen. Burial: Graham Hill Cemetery. Visitation: After 5 p.m. today at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City. Lie-in-state: From 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church.
