My condolences go out to the entire Caudill family, who I love dearly, and will always have a special place in my heart! I practically lived with Missy, Margie, Ray, and Joey during my early teenage years, and Joey was like a brother to me then. I remember he would come in and roll his eyes and gripe and fuss about me being there and say "what are you doing here again, don't you have a home?" (and he meant it), lol. He literally held nothing back on me or Missy and I would fight with him just like I did with my older brother. He made sure I knew I was his little pesty sister's annoying friend who wouldn't go away. You will be missed Joey!!

Joey was like a son to us. He and our son, Jerry, loved each other like brothers growing up. Losing a child is one of the most unnatural things to happen. But, loving them is one of the easiest things to do. Our hearts are broken, but your wings are new, Joey. We know you will wear them well. Aunt Brenda and Uncle Lee Jenkins

Brother, you took a part of my heart with you, life will never be the same without you here. We had a special bond like no other. I know you are no longer suffering and will always be watching over our family. Trent made you a promise to watch over your boys and you can rest easy now knowing we will always hold tight to each other. You will forever and always be loved and missed. I have never experienced a pain like this but I find comfort in knowing I will see you again one day! Love, your sissy
