GREENVILLE – Teresa E. Ashley, 63, of Greenville, died Thursday, December 7, 2023 at 1:01PM at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital in Owensboro. She was born March 14, 1960 in Arma, KS. She was a member of Elkton Road Church of Christ. She was a dog lover and built a business that allowed her to care for dogs. Her business started in her home and grew into Canine Kingdom. She loved her family, being a mom and spending time with her husband. She adored all of her grandchildren and time spent with them on bright sunny days. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Peace.

She is survived by her husband, Michael Ashley; daughter, Jamie Payne of Drakesboro; sons, Matthew (Casey) Fields of Greenville, Colton (Carrie) Fields of Greenville, and Hayes (Chelsea) Ashley of Central City; grandchildren, Brandace Gibson of Owensboro, Kadin Payne, Easton Payne, Elaina Payne, Cayson Fields, Carson Fields, Journey Ryan, Haven Ryan, Ember Ferguson, and Samus Ashley; brother, Robert Peace, Jr.; sisters, Debie Melton, and  RaVae Dorrie; several nieces and nephews; and mother, LaMarilus Peace.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at 11AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Bill Bryant officiating. Burial in Dunmor Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 4-8PM at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
