CENTRAL CITY – Tammy Jean Hendricks, 63, of Central City, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, September 12, 2026. She was born July 19, 1963, in West Virginia.

Tammy proudly served in the Army National Guard. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who will be deeply missed by her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ethel and Ellis Vanover; and her sister, Carolyn Hendricks.

Tammy is survived by her two children, Corey Jones of Central City and Tonia Jones of Madisonville; her grandchildren, Raelyn Jones, Kaydence Reynolds, and Greyson Reynolds; and her great-grandchildren, Carter Polley and Kinsley Kingery. Tammy was also an organ donor, giving the gift of life and helping others even after her passing.

Funeral services will be Saturday, September 19, 2026 at 12PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Leroy Rearden officiating. Burial will be private. Visitation will be Saturday at 9AM at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com. I worked with Tammy at IAC in Madisonville. We had a lot of memories there. Keep all of the family and friends in my thoughts and prayers. Tammy will be missed.
