Silas Neal Arnold DUNMOR — Silas Neal Arnold, 81, of Dunmor died at 2:20 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2010, at Magnolia Village, Bowling Green. He was born May 15, 1928, in Penrod and was a member of Dunmor Baptist Church where he served as deacon and trustee for 30 years. He was preceded in death by brothers Roland T. and Paul Arnold; and a sister, Ava Woodlee. Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Dean Arnold of Dunmor; children Lannie (Joyce) Arnold, Jeff (Peggy) Arnold, Dwayne (Pam) Arnold and Gwyn (Tony) Graham; grandchildren Chastity, Tracy, Jamey and Aaron Arnold, and Thomas and Molly Graham; great-grandchildren Hunter Browning, Trey Arnold and Austin Arnold; and sisters Betty Long, Patty Porter and Oleta Latham. Services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Tucker Beechmont Funeral Home with the Rev. Scott Hughes officiating assisted by the Rev. Jeremy Whitney. Burial in Dunmor Cemetery.
