CENTRAL CITY – Shirley S. Arnold, 74, of Central City, died Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at 3:10PM at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. Mrs. Arnold was born July 20, 1939 in Muhlenberg County. She was a homemaker and a faithful, active member of Church Street General Baptist Church. Nanny loved her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and beautiful flowers. She also loved her Sunday School Class and her pastor, Bro. Danny Greene. Shirley graduated from Drakesboro High School in 1957. She loved to watch UK basketball. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Merle LeGrand; and brothers Bo LeGrand and Buddy LeGrand. Survivors include her husband, James D. Arnold; children Debbie (James Dale) Harris, Becky (Sid) Rose, Larry (Marlene) Tooley, Jimmy (Angie) Arnold, and Jackie (Rob) Conners; grandchildren Josh Harris, Brittney Revelett, Ashlyn Eubanks, Collin, Isaac, and Eli Rose, Silas, Eliza, and Isaiah Arnold, Chase and Drew Childress, and Jacob Conners; great-grandchildren Lilli Raye and Gunnar Revelett, Addie and Taylor Harris, and Sydney Eubanks; and brothers and sisters, Vicki LeGrand, Winkie LeGrand, Betty Riley, and Anna Stokely. Funeral services will be Friday, November 8, 2013 at 2:00PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Rev. Danny Greene officiating. Burial in Rose Hill Cemetery. BEECH CREEK – Shirley Beatrice Page Arnold, 77, of Beech Creek, died Tuesday, January 16, 2018, at 1:30PM at Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital. Mrs. Arnold was born August 10, 1940, in Muhlenberg County. She was a homemaker and member of Beech Creek Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Arnold; son Freddie Shaw; mother Charlotte Page; father Willie Page; grandson Chris Shaw; brothers James, William Howard, Bryant Lewis, Johnny, Billy, and Benny Page; and sister Helen Campfield. She is survived by her son, Bryant (Jennifer) Page of Nortonville; daughters Julie (David) Shutt of Greenville and Theresa (Frank) Chapa of Browder; brother Morton Page of Belton; sister Betty Smith of Beechmont; grandchildren Brian Wynn, Brandon Wynn, Amber Smith, Felicia Johnson, and Heather Lynn; and sixteen great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Friday, January 19, 2018, at 2:00PM at Tucker Beechmont Funeral Home, with Bro. Joe Chambers officiating. Burial in Wyatts Chapel Cemetery.
