MT. CARMEL, IL – Shirley Ann Brewer, 83, of Mt. Carmel, IL, died on Thursday, April 2, 2026 at 9:13PM at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville. Ms. Brewer was born on April 30, 1942. She was a Homemaker and of the Christian faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Brewer.

She is survived by her daughters, Pam (Don) Paschal, and Susan (Bob) Campbell; son, Dewayne (Carlena) Brewer; grandchildren, Jonathan (Melissa) Dukes, Tyler (Kara) Dukes, Rachel (Troy) Robinson, and Darrick Campbell; great-grandchildren, Nathan, Addi, Avery, Aubrey, Ansley, Cole, and Henry; several nieces and nephews; and many sisters and brothers-in-law.

Funeral services will be Thursday, April 9, 2026 at 11 AM at Tucker Beechmont Funeral Home with Dr. Garry Hill officiating. Burial in Horton’s Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5-8PM and Thursday after 8AM at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
