Survivors include his mother, Judy Foster; three daughters, Holly Kime, Francis Kime and Jameslynn Kime; two brothers, Kenneth Buchanan and Bobby Foster; and two sisters, Mary Jones and Georgina Sailing. Services: 11 a.m. Tuesday at Fairmount Cemetery in Central City. Visitation: After 9 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
