CENTRAL CITY – Sarah Mason Irby, 88, of Central City, died Monday, October 10, 2016, at 12:15AM at Clark Rehab and Nursing in Clarksville, Indiana. Mrs. Irby was born March 9, 1928, in Muhlenberg County. She was a retired LPN and a member of Nelson Creek Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, D.B. Irby; son Tony Sitz of Conway, Arkansas; step-daughter Glenda Sneiderman of Debary, Florida; grandchildren Teddy Sitz and Robie Sitz; great-grandchildren Molly Sitz and Alex Sitz; step-grandchild Gayden Peel; and step-great-grandchild Liam Peel. Funeral services will be Wednesday, October 12, 2016, at 2:00PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Rev. Tim Adcock officiating. Burial in Rose Hill Cemetery.
