DRAKESBORO- Sandra Kay Witten, 83, of Drakesboro died Friday September, 25^th 2026 at her daughter’s residence in Central City. Sandra was a retired underground coal miner for Island Creek Mines. Sandra enjoyed going fishing, playing games, watching wildlife and crime stories in her spare time. Sandra was a member of Macedonia Free Will Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her father, Dan Seel, Mother, Frances Lambright and Son, Mark Cottrell.

She is survived by her children, Frank Cottrell, Bonnie Sullivan, Kimberly (Mike) Young, Connie (Bobby) Phillips, Ricky (Lori) Page, Vickie McGuyer and Kristen Palisano, 11 Grandchildren, 8 Step Grandchildren and 12 Great Grandchildren.
