Your mom was so very sweet to me and all your friends growing up, as was your dad. I feel fortunate to have them both a part of my fond memories. My prayers and condolences are with you as you celebrate your mom’s life and lay her to rest. Love to you all!

We loved Sandy, she was an amazing hostess, quick with a smile and a laugh, and ready to feed anyone who was there. We specifically remember a time when the air conditioning went out and we needed a place to stay. She accommodated us last minute and never blinked an eye. She made us feel like one of the family at Rough River and it felt like we knew her our whole lives. Her welcoming spirit, her easy laugh and her love for her family (even adopted) will be cherished.
