CENTRAL CITY – Samuel Aaron Francis, 46, of Central City, died Tuesday, October 11, 2016, at 5:52PM at Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital as the result of an ATV accident. Sam was born May 12, 1970, in Washington, DC. He was a cattle rancher. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. In addition to his own hunting and fishing property, he traveled throughout the country to hunt and fish. He is survived by his mother, Peggy C. Butler of Venice, FL; sister April F. Green of Venice, FL; niece Ashley C. Green; nephew Joseph S. Green; father Samuel S. Francis of Incline Village, NV; step-mother Debbie E. Francis of Incline Village, NV; aunts Kathy and Debbie; uncles Dale and John; fiancee’ Angela; friend and cattle partner, Cody; long time best friend, Forrest Taylor; and hunting and fishing friends, Steve, Wade, Stewart, Bill, Luke, and many others. Funeral services will be Saturday, October 15, 2016, at 11:00AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City. Burial in private. Visitation will be Friday after 5:00PM at the funeral home.
