GREENVILLE – Roy “Doug” Douglas Clark Jr., 78, of Greenville, died Thursday, December 26, 2024 at 12:17PM at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital in Owensboro. Mr. Clark was born November 12, 1946 in Muhlenberg County. He was a member of Martwick Baptist Church and was a retired U.S. Marine, Vietnam Veteran, and Purple Heart recipient. He was known as “Daddy 2” to the grandchildren who he adored. He enjoyed golfing, hunting, fishing, dancing, singing, watching UK Basketball, and his family. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Clark; parents, Roy Douglas Clark Sr., Lillian Mae Clark; sister, Alberta Steele; and brother, James Clark.

He is survived by his son, Adam (Carrie) Clark; daughter, Christie Williams; grandchildren, Macie Clark, Blaine Clark, Tristin Williams, and Allie Williams; sister, Betty Tooley; and brother, Paul Clark.

Funeral services will be Monday, December 30, 2024 at 1PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Todd King officiating. Burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 11AM-1PM at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
