Rose Ann Shively

CENTRAL CITY – Rose Ann Shively, 59, of Central City died Monday, March 11, 2024 at 1:26PM in Central City. Ms. Shively was born December 16, 1964 in Muhlenberg County. She was a homemaker and enjoyed songwriting. She was preceded in death by her father, Jerry Quisenberry; and brothers, Stevie Quisenberry and Jerry “Ed” Quisenberry.

She is survived by her husband, Danny Manes of Akron, OH; two children, Mandy (Kevin) Dawes of Russellville and Mitchell Shively of Russellville; three step-children, David Recklaw of Akron, OH, Rachel Manes of Akron, OH, and Danielle Manes of Akron, OH; grandchildren, Gavin Dawes, Lilliana Dawes, and Aubrey Dawes; step-grandchildren, Xander Garrett, Salih Gaffney, Mattie Gaffney,  Tegan Nation, Emery Nation, JJ Kasicki, Cheyenne Recklaw, David Recklaw, and Kali Recklaw; mother, Doris Ann Quisenberry of Lewisburg; and three sisters, Glorie (Dale) Piper of Beech Creek, Holly Quisenberry of Greenville, and Jennifer Cain of Lewisburg; and several nieces and nephews.
