LEWISBURG – Roger Mark Joines, 65, of Lewisburg, died Thursday, May 23, 2019, at his home. Mr. Joines was born April 13, 1954, in Muhlenberg County. He was retired from Connecticut Water Dept., where he worked as a water treatment operator. He was of the Christian faith. He was preceded in death by his parents, Virgil and Jo Nell Joines. He is survived by his sons, Toby Joines and Joel Joines; three grandchildren; and sister Brooksie Steinman. Memorial services are pending at this time.
