Roger was a wonderful person who always had a smile for everyone. May God comfort you and the kids at this time. Know that I am praying for you and the family .
Debra and Family, How do you begin to share a lifetime of memories of such a wonderful human being as Roger. My memories of him go back to his Dad and Mom bringing him to church as a small boy. Always quiet, well behaved and he loved his Daddy and Moma. I can't think of a more gracious man on this earth. Those clear eyes of his let you see through to a beautiful soul who loved everyone he came in contact with. I believe he would give the shirt off his back to a stranger who needed it. He served his Saviour and loved above all else on this earth his Deb, his children and those wonderful grandchildren. He fought a valiant fight and now he rests in the arms of his Heavenly Father, waiting for his precious family to join him someday and the family circle will no long be broken, until then, he reunited with his Daddy whom he adored and his precious Moma whom he treated like a queen. He has earned his mansion in heaven. So rest well my sweet old buddy. You are missed and you will always be loved, until we meet again, give my Moma a hug for me, I'm sure she'll be happy to serve you one more meal.

known this wonderful man for many years.and his wife always weclome into their home....he will be missed by all that knew him.....i was blessed knowing this family....
Roger was one of a kind! He was a wonderful Christian man. He sure loved his family and loved to share his love and laughter with them with his co-workers. Roger was loved by all his co-workers. One of my very favorite memories was the night several co-workers had a feast at his house. The food was outstanding, but the love and laughter was beyond compare! Peggy and Ron, Larry and I laughed so hard on the way home reliving all the funny stories we heard that night! I will never forget it! I am so thankful I worked with Roger and I feel very blessed to have had his friendship and witnessed his love for his family. What a great family! You are in my thoughts and prayers. Love you all, Connie
Debbie my heart goes out to you and your entire family. Roger and you had to endure so much the last several years. I know he is now at peace with no pain. May God Bless your family in the coming days, weeks and months. Folks will tell you it will get better with time. It will not! It will get different. It will get where you learn to live with it. That's what it gets. God Bless. Your friend, Joe
Prayers of peace during this difficult time for family and friends of Roger
I am so sorry for your loss. Roger was a wonderful man and will be missed greatly.
Last week my brother-in-law was on the shores of Florida. Today, he went to live on the Great eternal shore. There are many things I think about when I think about Rog. I remember once he was working on a project with a friend. His friend needed to cut off a piece of rope. SO, his friend said to him, 'Rog, do you have a pocket knife I can use'? Rog says, (in his slow, typical response),,,,,Yeeeeepppppp. His friend said, 'well can you hand it to me' ? Rog said, oh...no, I can't.....I left it at the house. Truly, he was one of a kind. Gail, kids, grandkids and I will greatly miss Uncle Rog. Much love to all the Gorham Family.
May the Lord bless and give the family strength and comfort during this difficult time.
Please accept our deepest condolences for your family's loss.
