CENTRAL CITY – Roger Glen Bard Jr., 42, of Central City, passed away Monday, January 1, 2024 at 4:45PM at Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital in Greenville after a brief illness. Mr. Bard was born March 30, 1981 in Muhlenberg County. He was the son of the late Roger Bard Sr.. He was employed as a truck driver and was a member of Roland Memorial Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Brandi Bard; daughters, MaKenna Bard and MaKenzie Bard; son, Trey Bard;  granddaughter, Ella Bard, mother, Linda Bard; brother, James Bard and sister, Tori Lazo.

Funeral services will be Thursday, January 4, 2023 at 1PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Ron Metheny officiating. Burial in Bard-Gaston Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 10AM-1PM at the funeral home. Expressions of Sympathy may be made to Roger Bard Memorial Fund, c/o Tucker Funeral Home, P.O.
