Central City – Robert Ray O’Neal Sr. 71, of Central City died Saturday January 4, 2020 at 1:30PM at Baptist Health in Madisonville. Mr. O’Neal was born on April 27, 1948 in Louisville Ky. He was a retired coal miner and a member of Day Star Worship Center. He is survived by his wife Virginia Caskey O’Neal, son Robert Ray O’Neal Jr., daughters Christy Johnson, and Tina White, 7 Grandchildren and 6 Great grandchildren. Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at 11:00AM at Day Star Worship Center with Bro. Donnie Neal Officiating Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery in Central City. Visitation will be Tuesday January 7, 2020 at 5:00PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, He will Lie in State at the church from 9-11 on Wednesday.
