CENTRAL CITY – Robert “Bob” Kelly, III, 55, of Central City, died Thursday, November 15, 2018, at 8:33PM at Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital. Mr. Kelly was born August 18, 1963, in Frankfort, KY. He graduated from Bowling Green High School in 1981, and was a U.S. Navy veteran. He was a construction contractor, and was know as “Bob the Builder”. He attended Central City Church of God. He was preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth Scott Pryor; sister Jane Walsh; and niece Ashtyn Walsh. He is survived by his wife, Angie Kelly; daughters Sarah Rae Kelly of Lexington, Emily (David) Smith of Bowling Green, Katie (Colton) Ramos of Louisville, and Libby Kelly of Lexington; step-daughter Ashley Harper; step-son Colby Miller; three granddaughters; one grandson; father Robert E. Kelly II of Bowling Green; mamma Barbara Kelly of Bowling Green; nephew Austin Walsh; and nieces Josy Walsh and Danielle Walsh. Funeral services will be Saturday, November 24, 2018, at 12:00 noon at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Pastor Stephen Hibbs officiating. Burial in Memorial Gardens.
