Central City – Robert L. Anderson, 94, of Central City left his earthly home to go to his heavenly home on September 15, 2012. He was born to the late Ura Jobe and Will Anderson. He was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister. He was of the Pentecostal faith. He was a boilermaker for 65 years. He was also a Kentucky Colonel. He loved fishing, hunting and gardening. He dearly loved his family. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Marie France Anderson; two daughters, Mary (Daniel) O’Bannon, Pamela (Rodney) Eden; two sons, Junior (Penny) Anderson, Randy (Deana) Anderson; six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 18, 2012 from 5-8 PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM on Wednesday and conducted by Rev. Harry Wilson. Burial will follow in Fairmount Cemetery in Central City. Boilermakers Memorial Service willbe held at 7:00 PM on Tuesday. Online condolences can be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com

We both want to say how sorry we were to here of Bob's passing and to to say we still have fond memories of the great times we had together working At TVA. Bob was always held in high regards by us both.

Robert will be missed much but we know that we will see him again some sweet day. All the family is in our thoughts and prayers now and in the days and weeks ahead.
