Met Ray several years ago when Shelly and I got married, you wouldn't find a harder working man, proud of what he did and so willing to show you the things he had done. I think the man has painted almost every building in Central City. And when we visited with him he showed us around town and showed us all that he had done. Don't think Ray ever met a stranger. He was a very honest, true to his word, and the things he believed in, one of the few men in this world that is like that anymore. He will be missed by many, loved by all he met, and NEVER forgotten by those that loved him. My prayers go out to those in pain for there loss of Ray.
