BREMEN – Ray Franklin Pointer, 66, of Bremen, died Tuesday, July 5, 2022, at 8:53AM at his home.  Mr. Pointer was born January 30, 1956, in Greenville.  He was a welder for Titan’s in Owensboro, and was also a coal miner for 15 years.  He loved his cats and his favorite dog, Chloe.  He also enjoyed watching John Wayne westerns.  He was preceded in death by his father, Walter “Rusty” Ray Pointer.

He is survived by his son, Jesse (Rhiannon) Pointer of Greenville; daughter, Rayven (Chase) McRoy of South Carrollton; grandchildren, Cayde, Ryker, Evalynn, and Olivia; mother, Agnes Pointer; sisters, Tracy (Jimmy) Fraze, Rita (Alvis) Pointer, Teresa Pointer, Ann Pointer, and Heather (Mark) Roberts; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside funeral services will be Friday, July 8, 2022, at 10:00AM at Fairmount Cemetery in Central City.  Burial to follow.  Tucker Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.  Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
