BREMEN – Penny Ann Anderson, 67, of Bremen went home to be with the Lord on September 19, 2022, surrounded by her family at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. Penny was born on April 25, 1955.

She retired from Carhartt after 17 years of service; however, she most cherished being a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother.

She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. They brought her so much joy. Penny was known for her sweet heart and for being a Godly woman. Her faithfulness and trust in God was evident to those around her.  She always spoke kind words, and was loved by those who were blessed to know her. She will be dearly missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Gladys Arnold; brothers, Danny, Cecil, and Mark Arnold; sisters, Marsha Vaught and Tina Nannie.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 49 years, Robert Anderson Jr.; daughters, Kelley Anderson of Providence and Emily (Jonathan) Flener of Bremen; three grandchildren, Madison Anderson, Jonah Flener, and Hudson Flener; one sister, Tammy Ewing of Central City; and two brothers, Brian and Tony Arnold of South Carrollton.  Funeral services will be held Thursday, Sep 22, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Rev. Robbie Knox officiating. Burial will follow in Fairmount Cemetery in Central City. Visitation will be held Wednesday, Sep 21, 2022 from 5:00-8:00 PM at the funeral home.
