Peggy Spicer Durall Published: Sunday, April 12, 2009 12:08 AM CDT CENTRAL CITY — Peggy Spicer Durall, 62, of Central City died Saturday, April 11, 2009, at Owensboro Medical Health System. Peggy was born to Patricia and Preston Spicer on March 21, 1947, and was a 1965 graduate of Muhlenberg Central High School and member of Duvall’s Chapel General Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her father. Survivors include her mother, Patricia Spicer; a son, Eddie Durall; three daughters, Tracy Woods (Jerry Beck) and Rebecca Durall, all of Central City, and Sara Brown (Tracy Brown) of Powderly; grandchildren Kelsey, Paige and Heidi Woods and Lucas Beck, all of Central City; a brother, Murray P. Spicer Jr. (Ellen B.) of Owensboro; a niece, Monica S. Dockery of Edwardsville, Ill.; and a nephew, Jason Spicer of Central City. Services are at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with the Rev. Ken Miller of Duvall’s Chapel officiating. Visitation is from 5 to 8:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
