Myrtle Ford BREMEN — Myrtle Ford, 91, of 4271 Kentucky 81, Central City, died at 10:35 p.m. Tuesday, July 14, 2009, at Ridgewood Terrace Health & Rehabilitation Center in Madisonville. She was born July 24, 1917, in Muhlenberg County. She was a homemaker and member of East Union Missionary Baptist Church. She also attended Bethlehem Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dennis Ford; and a son, Morris Ford. Survivors include two sons, Clayton (Genola) Ford of Bremen and Harold (Barbara) Ford of Lakeland, Fla.; a daughter-in-law, Barbara G. Ford of Bremen; four grandchildren, Gale Ford, Jeff Ford, Steve Ford and Tammy Cuevas; three stepgrandchildren, Darrell Pendley, David Pendley and Pam Pendley-Faught; seven great-grandchildren; and several stepgreat-grandchildren. Services are at 11 a.m. Friday at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with the Rev. Leroy Rearden officiating. Burial will be in Briar Creek Cemetery.
