(Greenville) – Linda Sue Hunt, 77, of Greenville passed away peacefully Friday, August, 7th at 4:30 am at her residence in Greenville. Ms. Hunt was born January, 21st 1949 in Muhlenberg County. She was a receptionist for Purchase Cancer Group and she was a member of First Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents Harold and Wilma June Wilcox. Brothers Ronnie Wilcox and Walter Wilcox and sister Doris Robertson

Linda is survived by her children Jenifer Hunt and Joshua (Camille) Hunt. Grandchildren, Kobe Holder, Kaysen Hunt, Carver Hunt and Harper Hunt. Many cousins and dear friends also her Beloved Dog Sassy.

Graveside service will be Friday, August 14th, 2026, at 1pm at Rose Hill cemetery in Central City, with Rev. Kevin Reed officiating.  Burial will be at Rose Hill cemetery. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
