CENTRAL CITY – Michael Calvin Whitaker, 60, of Central City, died Monday, November 5, 2018, at 7:30PM at Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital. Mr. Whitaker was born February 3, 1958, in Muhlenberg County. He was a logger. He is survived by his wife, Kathy Davis Whitaker; sons Kevin Michael Whitaker and Bradley Neal; daughter Carrie Hobgood; five grandchildren; and sister Nancy Melton. Funeral services will be Friday, November 9, 2018, at 10:00AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Bro. Joe Chambers officiating. Burial in Forest Grove Cemetery.
