I remember Mike when he was a Central City Police Officer in the 80s. I was a troubled youth, breaking the law for over 10 year who had the police on their toes all the time. But never once did Mike ever treat me badly or say anything negative about me. He was so kind. The world could use more officers like this man. Take your rest Mike.
