Greenville – Mary E. Tucker, Age 85 of Greenville died on Friday February 3, 2023, at The Heartford House in Owensboro. She was born on February 27, 1937, in Muhlenberg County. She was a retired Special Education Teacher for Muhlenberg County School System and a member of Powderly Baptist Church. She was passionate about her career having spent 33 years as a special education teacher, she loved her Lord and her family. She enjoyed the hottest days of summer in her garden. She had a compassionate heart and cared for others well. She was preceded in death by her husband Bobby Joe Tucker, Son Mark Anthony Tucker and Parents Ernest and Mary Gossett.

She is survived by her daughters Darlene (Mark) Church, Sandra (Ronald) Maddox, and Cynthia (Greg) Lewis. Sisters Donna Tooley, and Cheryl Brooks. Brothers Chester Gossett, and Ricky Gossett.  Several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. Several Nieces and Nephews.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday February 6, 2023 at 1:00PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Jamey Daugherty officiating, Burial will follow in Old Bethel Cemetery.
