CENTRAL CITY – Mary Ruth Berry, 88, of Central City, died Monday, September 17, 2018, at 6:30AM at Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital. Ms. Berry was born March 10, 1930, in Muhlenberg County to the late John and Florence Berry. She was a retired Bellsouth Operator and was a member of First Baptist Church in Central City. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers John Berry and Damon Berry; and sisters Margaret Moore and Anna McDonald. She is survived by her nephews, David (Donna) Berry of Central City, Jeff Berry of Evansville, Bill McDonald of Lexington, and Marvin Berry; and nieces Anne Bunch of Central City, Anne (Jeff) Wells of Gilbertsville, and Frances Berry. Funeral services will be Sunday, September 23, 2018, at 2:00PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Bro. Chase Thompson officiating. Burial in Rose Hill Cemetery.
