BELTON- Mark Shane Butler, 64, of Belton died Friday, October 27, 2023 at his residence. Mr. Butler was born on August 13, 1959 in Muhlenberg County, to his parents Randal and Barbara Nell Butler. He was a machine operator for the Carpenter Company in Russellville for 36 years. Mr. Butler was a member of Second Baptist Church in Greenville and a graduate of Hughes-Kirk High School. He liked old cars, gardening, loved his family, and he loved watching Christian television shows. Mr. Butler was a great husband and father.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara Ann Butler; daughter, Ashley Nicole Butler.

Funeral services will be held Monday, October 30, 2023 at 1:30 PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Dr. Kevin Milburn officiating. Burial will follow in Ebenezer Cemetery in Drakesboro. Visitation will be held Monday, October 30, 2023 beginning at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Online condolences can be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
