GREENVILLE – Mark Wayne Jarvis, 52, of Greenville, died Saturday, December 11, 2010 at 5:55PM at Select Specialty Hospital in Evansville. Mr. Jarvis was born August 21, 1958 in Muhlenberg Co., KY. He was a boilermaker with TVA and a member of Church of God in Greenville. He was preceded in death by his father, William Jarvis Jr. and a brother, Ronnie Jarvis. Survivors include his wife, Brenda Jones Jarvis; a daughter, Anglea Jarvis of Greenville; grandchildren Riley Jo Shelton and Darrian Mark Jarvis, both of Greenville; his mother, Imogene Jarvis of Greenville; and a sister, Patty Kennedy of Powderly. Angela, so sorry for the loss of your Daddy. I remember you speaking of him often. I don't get to talk to you a lot anymore, so I didn't never got to tell you my Mama died on Sept. 6th. It will be a sad Christmas for both of us. Love you, Nydia

Brenda, I am very sorry for your loss. Please give your burdens to the Lord and he will see you through this very difficult time. That is a promise that he made and he never fails to deliver! Mark was a great person . He always would watch over me while we played music together to try to keep me in line. Sometimes he would whisper in my ear as we played with little bits of advice or to just to say good job.We had some really good times that I'll hold dear to my heart forever. Brenda, sorry for your loss. Mark & I would sit in the parking lot and talk while our mother's shopped on the third of the month. He always ask me to come bye and visit but like everything in life we take time for granted. Brenda our prays go out to you and your family. Mark will be sadly missed
