MADISONVILLE – Margie Mae Draper, 85, of Madisonville, died Sunday, July 9, 2023, at 6:41PM at her residence.  Mrs. Draper was born March 4, 1938, in Greenville.  She was of the Christian faith.  She was a meek woman who loved Jesus.  She was a cook and homemaker, who resided the majority of her life in Bremen.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Velma and James Odis Moore; husbands, Arvil Crick and Clayton Draper; brothers, Paul Moore, Frank Moore, and James Moore; sisters, Mildred Crick, Mary Harper, Helen Moore, Ruth Ann Moore, and Gladis Stanley; and grandson, Christopher Crick.

She is survived by her son, Waverly (Darlene) Crick; daughter, Shelia Pointer; sisters, Lois Morehead and Shirley Pendley; brother, Robert (Chris) Moore; grandchildren, Kacy (Rick) Hopkins, Chris Hopkins, Stevon (Trish) Crick, and Sara (David) White; eleven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, July 12, 2023, at 11:00AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Rev. J.W. Haire officiating.  Burial in Gish Cemetery.  Visitation will be Wednesday after 9:00AM at the funeral home.  Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
