BROWDER – Margie Lorraine Capps, 70, of Browder, died Friday, July 24, 2026, at 12:05AM at Maple Health and Rehabilitation in Greenville.  Mrs. Capps was born March 6, 1956, in Chicago, Illinois.  She was a homemaker and of the Pentecostal faith.  She was preceded in death by her father, Junior Hoover; sons, Larry Martin Capps, Jr. and Larry Lee Capps; granddaughter, Destiny May Callahan; and several brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Larry Martin Capps; daughters, Tracey (Shawn) Johnson of Bremen, Jennifer Capps of Browder, Michelle Robinson (Josh Manley) of Penrod, Laura (Jeff) Hill of Fremont, Ohio, Crissy Vick of Browder, and Heather Capps of Browder; mother, Lois Hoover of Greenville; sister, Shirley (Larry) Avery; fourteen grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and brother-in-law, Danny Caskey, Sr.

Graveside funeral services will be Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 2:00PM at Old Jackson Cemetery in Greenville, with Bro.
