GREENVILLE – Malcolm “Mike” Earl Strader, 78, of Greenville, died Wednesday, June 22, 2011 at 4:28PM at his home. Mr. Strader was born November 18, 1932 in Muhlenberg County. He was a coal miner and member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He was a United States Navy veteran. Survivors include his wife, Patsy Jackson Strader; son Micky Strader and wife Telesa of Greenville; daughters Shea Wheeler and husband Greg of Aurora, CO and Jill Muncy and husband Craig of Firestone, CO; step-son Doug Jackson and wife Shelia of Greenville; step-daughters Gail Miller and husband Richard of Bowling Green and Jennifer Talley and husband Dan of Princeton; fourteen grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a brother, E.J. Strader and wife Wanda of Central City. Funeral services will be Saturday, June 25, 2011 at 11:00AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Bishop Micky Strader officiating assisted by Elder Ed McCarraher.
