SACRAMENTO – Lyndel Dale Arnold, Sr., 75, of Sacramento, died on Sunday, August 9, 2026 at 6:43PM at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital in Owensboro. Mr. Arnold was born in McLean County on December 21, 1950. He was a Heavy Machine Operator for the McLean County Road Department. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arlie and Marjorie Arnold; daughter, Melissa Arnold; step-daughter, Francis “Dee Dee” Miller; and brother, Delmer Gayle Arnold.

He is survived by his wife, Wanda Jewell Arnold; sons, Timmy Arnold, Steven Arnold, and Lyndel Arnold, Jr. (Alisha); daughter, Amanda Arnold; step-child, Kathy Norris; brother, Norville Glenn “Wendy” Arnold; nine grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Thursday, August 13, 2026 at 12PM at Tucker Memorial Chapel in Sacramento with Bro. Jim Midkiff officiating. Burial in Poplar Grove Cemetery.
