CENTRAL CITY — Lillie Mae Wiggins, 94, of Central City died at 6:20 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 11, 2010, at Maple Manor Nursing Home in Greenville. She was born on Oct. 25, 1916, in Muhlenberg County. She was a homemaker and member of Cherry Hill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband of 69 years, Clevender H. Wiggins. Survivors include two sons, Kenneth (Linda) Wiggins of Hartford and Jerry (Elizabeth) Wiggins of Central City; six grandchildren, Len (Dinah) Wiggins of Peonia, Colo., Steve (Tonya) Wiggins and Karen (Gary) Bickett, all of Owensboro, Brian (Elisha) Wiggins of Central City, Kimberly (Danny) Mayo of Nashville and Gloria (Dennis) Rose of Hopkinsville; 11 great-grandchildren, Nathan, Sierra, Lucas, Blake, Amanda, Joseph, Will, Meredith, Olivia, Tatum and Lillie Ray; a brother, J.E. Rhoades of Central City; and a sister, Guyneth Stovall of Central City. Services are at 2 p.m. Sunday at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with the Rev. Leroy Rearden officiating, assisted by the Rev. Gene Garner. Burial will be in Cherry Hill Cemetery in Central City. Visitation is after 5 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
