I was very sad to hear of Mr. Bye's passing. I never got the chance to meet him but spoke to he and his wife while arranging his trips to Nashville on the VFW Van. All the drivers spoke very highly of him and told me what a wonderful man he was with a great sense of humor.

I'm very sorry to hear about the passing of your family's husband and father. However, I am very happy about his journey to be with our Lord and Savior. My prayers are with you in this difficult time. I have a lot of fond memories of working with Rang at the gravel pit. He sure could put on a great fish fry and corn boil for everyone at work! Love, In Christ.

Gone but not forgotten.....I'm glad I got to know Vern for all the years I did. I have alot of memories of him, that will be with me always! He was there to lend a hand to anyone in need, was a great fisherman, and could tell some stories. He will be missed by many! Condolences to Nancy & family and to Stanley & Diane Bye. Nancy - so sorry for your loss. I worked with Vern for so many years. He was such a kind, generous, good man. Found memories of the Maintenance Department Christmas Parties - they were so much fun - and Vern was a gracious host. I remember once in a snowstorm he came all the way down to my house and picked me up so I could get to work and be safe. I glad he enjoyed his retirement years in Ky. Karen Neibarger
