Lane was more than just a Uncle to me. He was a father figure and my best friend. We spent a lot of time together through the years riding motorcycles and going to Dr appointments. I fell truly blessed for the time I had to spend with him growing up. I will never forget him.

Lane was my first love over 50 years ago. I have wondered about him through the years and hoped that everything was good in his life. I am currently in Drakesboro with my 94 year old father. It is so ironic that i had looked Lane up on the internet on Thursday, January 20th, and was going to call him this week-end to reminisce about old times. My condolences to his family and I know he will be missed by all who knew him.

Lane was a good friend to my family, especially my son Spenser whom he taught in Sunday School. He was also a loved member of my church family. I will miss Lane but I have many good memories of time spent with him.
